We are currently living through unprecedented times and are forced to truly innovate to ride the storm. Remote work is the new reality for all of us. Organization leaders, managers and individual employees are all experiencing the same shift. We are all concerned on how to work productively at home and manage virtual interactions. As it is clear that Covid-19 has a direct impact in the current way of working and our working arrangements, it also has an impact on the related compensation and benefits of an employee.
At the same time, this also makes us introspect and conclude that now, the entire globe is a possible recruiting pool. Our company can be open 24 hours as we work with people ten thousands of miles away and find the most suited member to complete the work.
Therefore, in this session of we will cover
Which of the different compensation items can remain in place, which need to be adapted according to the new working condition and how to build a relevant and attractive salary package?
What are effective ways to manage and work with your team remotely? How to address and recognize the elephant in the room and boost employee morale?
How to think ahead and optimize your future work and team through finding and working with freelancers on virtual platforms and across the globe?
